This session focuses on one thing — one specific memory that still carries emotional weight.
We gently help your system process that experience differently.
The memory begins to feel lighter. Calmer. Easier to hold.
This isn't about retelling your story.
It's about updating how your brain holds it.
I use a neuroscience-based approach that works directly with the subconscious brain.
Many people notice the emotional intensity soften — or completely neutralize — in a single session.

What to Expect

 

You'll know exactly what to expect before we begin. The structure is simple. Private. Guided step by step.

 
  • You'll meet live on Zoom for 90 minutes in a small group setting.
 
  • The session begins with a brief and essential orientation, so you’ll know exactly how it works before we begin.
 
  • You’ll bring one specific memory or event you’d like to work on.
 
  • You do not need to tell the group what happened.
 
  • I’ll guide the process step by step while you follow along privately from your own space.
 
  • You’re welcome to keep your camera off.
 
  • Brief feedback or check-ins happen through the chatbox only.

Why working with one memory can create real relief

1. Emotional reactions often trace back to specific experiences.


In other words — what you're feeling isn't random. It has a root.

 

2. That response can stay active long after the event is over.


Even if you understand what happened, your system may still react the same way when the memory - or a similar situation - comes up. This is why insight alone rarely brings the relief you're looking for.

 

3. When the memory is processed differently, the reaction can change.


Through gentle neural retraining, your system can update how that experience is held, so the memory begins to feel calmer and easier to carry. That's exactly what this session is designed to support.

  • You’re not open to a quiet, guided internal process.

 

  • You prefer talking it through over following guided steps.
