What is a personalized subliminal audio?
A personalized subliminal audio consists of two tracks: my voice and a background sound overlay (music, nature sounds, etc.). The overlay masks the voice track so it plays below the level of conscious hearing — but your brain is still receiving and processing every word.
Most recordings are approximately 30 minutes, unless you request otherwise. You'll always know what topics are covered on your recording.

How it works
After purchasing, you'll schedule a 30-minute Zoom call to discuss your topic.
You'll receive a link to a Subliminal Intake Form. Set aside about 30 minutes of quiet time. Please complete it at least 24 hours before our appointment.
Select the audio overlay you'd like beneath your recording (see options below) and email your preferred choice (number and name) to [email protected].
Your personalized subliminal audio will be delivered to you within 2 weeks (generally quicker).

This is the sound that will mask the voice track. Pick something you'll enjoy listening to repeatedly. Each link opens in a new window. After choosing, email your preferred choice (number and name) to [email protected].

Instructions for listening
- Use the highest quality headphones you have.
- Listen all the way through — there are important instructions for your brain at the end.
- Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or listening to something else.
- When first starting, listen during the day to make sure you don't experience any adverse effects.
- When you feel comfortable, listen before bed if possible — your brain can process overnight.
- It's okay if you fall asleep while listening.
- You may listen while walking, reading, cooking, doing household chores, or any quiet activity.
Frequently asked questions
As long as you have had at least one Introductory Session (Group or Private), you can use a personalized subliminal audio. Subliminal audios are not recommended for people with life-threatening addictions or diagnosed mental conditions — these are better supported by live, private sessions.
Subliminal audios are a great way to make progress between sessions, especially for issues that are deep-rooted and multi-faceted. They bypass the conscious mind, so you'll have less resistance than in a live session — and they're cost-effective, time-efficient, and easy to fit into daily life.
While they work for most people and most issues, no modality can claim 100% success. That said, all of my clients have reported positive shifts. You can read their experiences here.
The voice track is compressed. The number of neural retraining instructions in the subliminal is equivalent to 10–15 live sessions. When you listen daily, you're receiving the equivalent of 10 sessions every day — multiplied over 30 days, that's 300 sessions in a month.
There are important instructions for your subconscious at the end of the recording. Please don't skip them.
As a general rule, commit to daily listening for at least one month. At that point, you'll have a sense of whether to continue daily, shift to periodic listening, or feel complete.
Start by listening during the day, not close to bedtime. If unwanted effects continue, contact me — I can modify your recording and send you a new link. You have up to 2 weeks to request one change. Most clients do not require modifications.
Yes — this is your brain processing. If the dreams are bothersome, try listening during the day instead of right before bed.
Yes, with a few considerations: the audio must not be copyrighted, must have consistent volume (not loud and quiet sections), and must be at least 30 minutes (or it will be looped). Classical music is typically not a good fit due to its dynamic range. Send me your selection and I'll confirm whether it will work.
I offer one modification within the first 14 days of receiving your recording. Any changes must relate to your original topic.

Yes, with some preparation. It's important to first have a session yourself as the parent, to address your own feelings around your child's anxiety — and to explain the process to your child in terms they can understand. Set up a free 20-minute call so we can talk it through first.
