How This Works

There's a clear path. You don't have to figure it out.

All new clients begin with an Introductory Session β€” whether in a group or privately. This session completes the brain training that makes everything else possible. It's the foundation the work is built on.

From there, you choose what fits: ongoing group sessions with new themes each month, or private 1:1 work for those who prefer individual attention.

All sessions are on Zoom. You relax and listen β€” no homework, no journaling, no effortful processing. Your brain does the work.

A gentle place to begin. This first session prepares the brain for the work and offers a direct experience of how the process feels. It’s the foundation everything else builds on.

An ongoing group membership for continuing the work. Each month focuses on a different anxiety-related theme β€” overthinking, overwhelm, people-pleasing, negative self-talk, and more. The theme is announced in advance so you always know what's coming.

What to Expect

Sessions are calm, easy, and gentle.

You get comfortable, close your eyes, and breathe. I guide your brain through the protocol β€” you simply relax and listen to my voice. There's no reliving, no intense processing, no homework.

I check in with you at intervals. Some sessions involve more back-and-forth; others are quieter, with you simply resting while the work happens beneath the surface.

By the end, most people notice the emotional charge around their topic has already begun to shift.
